Personal Information

Mr. P Balasubramanian hails from a family of dog lovers and has grown up with dogs from his childhood. Mr. Balasubramanian's association with the Kennel Club of India as a member has been for more than 3 decades and as a gun dog judge for more than 2 decades. Though Balasubramanian has had several breeds such as Dobermans, Whippet, Pekingese, Labrador Retriever, Cocker Spaniel, English Setter, Rajapalayam, Rampur Hound, Tibetan Mastiff etc. His love for the Labrador Retriever got the better of him and he continued his quest in breeding and exhibiting quality Labrador Retriever under the prefix "Bairav Kennels". An English setter imported from UK was one of his big winning dogs that he had owned. A Pekingese that he imported from UK has also brought him lots of credits by winning at big shows including the Kennel Club of India's centenary show.
